Welcome to October!
You can get pumpkins, apples, cider and donuts at the Greenmarket now! It’s very exciting. I had the BEST apple this week (from that very pile above) and I have two left that I cannot wait to eat. So crisp and so sweet. Mmm!
I am so excited for this season and I really want to go to an apple orchard or cider mill this weekend or next. I know there’s a few not too far from the city. Perhaps I’ll rent a zip car or take the train as far as it goes and get a cab. I would like to go this weekend but it’s supposed to rain on Saturday and I’ve got a really important college football game to watch.
Now… what to be for Halloween?

I am dying to go to an apple orchard! I haven’t picked apples in sooo long hopefully this year I’ll get to do that and then make some yummy apple crisp and homemade apple sauce.
As for a halloween costume, I saw on Leah’s blog you can get an Amy Winehouse wig. You could always be her! The makeup would be so fun to wear!
Give me a few days, I will think of something better. Andrew won’t dress up as my Samantha Ronson if I dress up as Lindsay Lohan though :(
I can’t wait for Michelle to go because I would love to try her apple crisp and homemade apple sauce!
